The tour ends with a sampling of local wines and gastronomic specialities. Informal tasting sessions are held at volcanic stone tables beneath a grape-laden pergola facing the ancient wine cellar. You may tour the premises, taste the wines and savor a delicious tomatoes bruschetta, a fine selection of regional salami, ham, cheese, 3 glasses of the finest wines.
